Ness Electronics Inc. has been serving the electronics industry since we opened for business in 1964. Our great variety of electronics can be found at our main website www.nesselectronics.com.  We service the United States from coast-to-coast and ship all of our orders same day if ordered before 3pm central time. 

Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 30 days to inquire on a return, exchange or refund regarding their previous purchase. In order to receive a refund, even exchange, or to return an item, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative via email or phone. (Please see our Contact Us page). If the RMA# is not returned to Ness Electronics within 10 business days or if the return does not include the issued RMA# the request will be voided and will not be authorized.  There are no refunds accepted 30 days after purchase. Exchanges are only acceptable with the same item.

Returns must be in their original condition, which includes the factory box and all packaging components including booklets, papers, and all accessories. A return will not be accepted if the policy is not met accordingly. There are no exceptions. If an item returned appears to be damaged in relation to misuse of the product such as disassembling, the buyer will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.  

Defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Items that are found to be defective will be refunded or even exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date. Non-defective parts will incur a 20% restocking fee. The returned items are all fully inspected and tested by our technicians to ensure the merchandise is in its original condition and that it is working properly.

 It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise and ensure what they have received is their correct order and that it has not been damaged upon delivery. If a buyer has received a DOA item, the buyer must contact a Ness Electronics representative within 5 days of the delivery date in order for us to process a claim on behalf of the buyer. The package must be returned as it was delivered so our technicians can inspect it properly.  A replacement order will be shipped immediately once the claim is processed, or a full refund will be issued to the buyer.
